Ok, so. Which teams do you feel have taken a step-back during this off-season?

With the obvious being Portland, losing 4 out of 5 starting players, then their next man off the bench (Afflalo), with Steve Blake too.

Did the Mavs take a big step-back? There are a lot of teams in the West that have got better...

Which non-playoff teams from last season have made the biggest case for the playoffs next season? Or who have really solidified themselves in the lower seeds?

Page is here to have a look at who got who, just obviously click through the divisions:

I think the Raptors have done really well. Adding DeMarre Carroll, Biyombo, Cory Joseph and Luis Scola.

Clippers made good moves. Lance is a underrated pick up

Lakers will be getting Kobe back healthy. So they got worse.

Bucks could be anything this year.

Their potential is scary.

I think nearly all team improved and some made a bigger leap in talent.

The Raptors could very well blow this all up if they start the season poorly and just keep stockpiling the younger talent.

The Hornets and Sixers aren't better.

How are the reigning champs a treadmill team ? How can Miami, who already won 3 rings in 7 years, a treadmill team ? Is this all new terms of treadmillIing ?

I was just saying they didnt improve or get worse. How did the hornets or sixers not get better? They got Jahlil Okafor, Frank Kaminsky, and Jeremy Lin, Hawes respectively and didn't really lose much.

Sixers are probably going to be just as bad next year even with Okafor. If Embiid played, then yeah, different story.

I don't know what the Hornets are doing either. Hawes and Lin don't change much. Kaminsky is a rook and is seen as gamble. Might struggle early on.

Lakers will be getting Kobe back healthy. So they got worse.

But they got a future hall of famer PG, so it all cancels out.
