A) This is old.

B) Notice the kid pick up the night stick and threaten officers with it. Where do you think he learned that? (or woman, whatever that is).

C) I'd be interested in seeing a tox report.

D)
Police said Keunang had robbed and assaulted another skid row man, began fighting officers when they arrived and grabbed a rookie officer's holstered pistol, prompting three others to fire.

Bad idea.

Anything else?

Oh yeah...

A native of Cameroon, Keunang was living under the stolen identity of Charley Saturmin Robinet, a Frenchman, authorities said.

Keunang, who was convicted of armed bank robbery in 2000, was committed to a psychiatric prison hospital three years into his 15-year federal prison term.

He clearly was insane, and had no intention of turning around and putting his hands on his head.

And no, I don't think they should have shot him.

A coma/braindeath inducing beatdown would've been much better for the lulz factor and overall entertainment value, fcking cops :facepalm

He was pretty much brain dead before they got there. Judging by his history, he'd been drain dead two decades.
