And he averages 28 PPG for his career.

Take away Shaq...and he ends his career with the highest PPG average in NBA history.

NO PLAYER was going to the storied LA franchise and being handed the keys at age 17. NO PLAYER. This was not Cleveland, where Bran could stuff stat sheets for his entire career.

Without Shaq, on a team like Cleveland, in a weak eastern conference, Kobe ends his career averaging 32+ for his career, EASILY.

Bro, you are so negative about your personal life but when it comes to Kobe... you are a beast. Kobe really brings joy to your life, and for that reason alone I hope he goes out on top and wins a ring in his final year and shuts everyone up

Take away Wilt's last 3 seasons, and he averages:

34.4/24.1/4.4

Take away my first 3 years and I'd be able to form sentences fresh out of the womb :oldlol:

Take away Michael Jordan out of existence and the Jazz would have a ring (or two). As for your original idea, I agree.

He'd still have rings, as he easily proved he didn't need a superstar to win titles. He went to back to back to back finals with the worst supporting cast in the history of the NBA for a team that went to b2b2b finals.

Maybe he'd have 3 or 4. But he'd have them.

And he'd be the league's all time leading scorer per game and total points.

I never really thought it was possible, but Kobe does have a legit argument for GOAT status. If MJ played with prime Shaq, he wouldn't have been the MJ we know.

I still have MJ as the GOAT, but Kobe may very well be 3rd after MJ and Kareem.

Absolutely.

Rings. Skill. Dominance. Lots of players have it. Circumstances vary and cause different outcomes.
