PG and Center. Elite distribution and elite shotblocking/low post presence makes things easier for everybody else on the team.

Tough one for me outside of Davis as my Franchise. I like Ariza's D and 3. A change of scenery should make Lin decent. Turner...eh what the hey. Embiid....Davis helps there. Perk is there as we experiment to see if he can actually change facial expressions.

That team could maybe do something. Doubt it, but the only thing I could create that would actually be a contender with 15 points.
You have Lebron which instantly makes you a contender but then also Conley who is kinda of a steal at 3p and Beal who is a great shooter and good player.
Josh Smith at the PF(1p) is way better than JJ Hickson or Boozer at 2p. Even better than Nene at 3p.

Thing with that selection is that the difference is so massive between the 7p players and 5p and 6p players that it would not be worth it to leave Lebron out for some one 3p player and 4p player.

Great combos. I'd say SF is the most important position historically so I'd start with that.

Depends entirely on the talent level and competition.

If I could build a team around 2 GOAT-level players in today's NBA, it would be C and SF.
