I think something like this is the best choice. Grabbing one of the elite big really hampers the ability to choose a good wing scorer and get enough spacing. I might swap Conley for Bev and Millsap for Serge to get an elite defender at the 4 who can protect the rim and cover some rotations that Hibbert would miss. In that scenario Durant could always be the pick and roll ball handler that you lose in Conley.
