he's not a scrub. just because you didn't watch him play and don't recognize the name doesn't mean he sucks.

He doesn't suck. He can come off the bench and be productive for many teams in the league. Obviously as a Rockets fan, I got to see the guy play last season. Kostas is a really nice passer and plays good defense. His shot was on and off & his scoring was very inconsistent, but thats a part of being a rookie in the NBA. Before he got hurt, he was showing some flashes here and there. Overall, the guy can play... he just needs some time to get in better shape and improve his game. Once he does that, you could be seeing him in the league for several years playing good minutes. I just hope some team signs him. He definitely deserves another chance.

In the mean time, check out this super sweet move he pulled on Anthony Davis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fT_odPz45xQ

Someone will snatch him up. I've only seen him play a few times, but it was enough to know he's not a scrub.

The fact that euroleague is nothing but a waste of flesh, doesn't needs to mean you have to be stupid when looking at european / greek players.

Papanikolau is no scrub, if you saw him play you would know that. Hope a team that can give him good minutes picks him up. I think he could be a decent starter down the road if he develops well.

Every time I've seen him he looked like a solid back up.

His contract was too big, other than that he's a solid back-up player and a good defender with lots of room for improvement. He will find a contract around 2-2,5 mil either in NBA or back in Europe.

Surprising. Dude seemed to hit everything whenever I saw him play. Rockets pick him back up?

What the fu.ck? He's as good as JJ Hickson or whoever their backup PF is. Denver stays retarded as usual.

Let's see...

Pay $5 million for a 3rd or 4th stringer

Or don't

Yeah, that was tough.
