the problem is their government doesnt enforce reglatory inspections of elevators and escalators, thats why there are so many videos of them tragically failing. In america, every elevator has a notice of the last time it was inspected. Even every building unit needs to have a fire extinguisher maintained every period. thats why america is the best country, we are diligent and meticulous
