I'd definitely take Lebron over Kobe. Kobe would get my entire platoon killed ordering everyone to attack an enemy in an unassailable position. Not knowing the word retreat, Kobe eould get everyone killed.

Lebron is actually level-headed and picks his battles well. He stacks the deck in his favor so that's an advantage too. I have more chances of living through the war with Lebron than with Kobe. Not to mention winning the war would be easier with Lebron.
