Non contact ouch, hopefully not an ACL but it looked like it could be.

That's wack.
That almost has to be an ACL, coming from experience.

It could easily be a sprain though. It's not necessarily catastrophic just because it is non-contact.

They've said they initially think it's an ACL but will know more after tests.

No doubt an ACL. Tough luck for Exum and the Jazz.

If I was an owner I would make my players sign a clause on their contract to NEVER be allowed to play for Olympics / International play

Fcuk that shit

It's hard though because an injury can happen anywhere, do you ban them from training? Pre season? Regular season games that don't matter?

almost positive that isn't legal (as far as banning)

In the short term the Jazz might be better. He's yet to prove himself. Neither have their other pg's. Hopefully Burks plays pg and they go get a proven vet now though.

Can't be happy if it's an ACL on a young guy who's still learning to contribute though, but I guess you have to look for silver linings where you can.

shaun would be a much better player than he was if he never got injured though. exum is extremely timid already.

I think he meant fragile mentally, but again I don't think we've seen anything that shows that either.

All we've seen is a young guy who was hyped up too much (maybe taken a bit too high in hindsight) due to mystery and needs to work on his game.

The ACL is worrying for his development though, for a guy who's only real skill that was at an elite NBA level was his first step this isn't a good injury to have.
