I've watched all of the ones posted in this thread; I don't think any of them are even close to The Raid 2. Watch the entire 5 minutes of it; it's simply epic.

I felt like Redemption was slightly better though.
Just loved the atmosphere.

That fight 2 on 1 was another epic fight; the brothers against the boss's enforcer (in Redemption).
Ip Man & Raid are so underrated. Every person that watched them, absolutely loves them but not many people have seen them it seems.

It's only about a minute and a half long, but it's one of the most well choreographed one on one fight scenes I've seen in a Marvel movie. Everything from the choreography to the effects was just done masterfully. It also included a number of different weapons in a short amount of time. 10 different weapons used in a 3 minute span. And no cheesy super powers


And it ended with an epic character reveal

I loved that movie!!
Was so intrigued by the Winter Soldier when I first saw him on screen (when he threw that bomb on the highway).

they'll likely get remade. any successful foreign film usually does. the thing that separates these films from other martial arts films aside from the actual choreography is how well it's shot and the cinematography.

Funny how the Winter Soldier directors did so much more with a mute villain with a robotic arm than most directors ever do with a huge supervillain.

I think they did a great job with the backstory told by other characters in the movie. Made him feel unbeatable and unstoppable. The "perfect" assassin.

I love both Raid movies. I like the train fight best in the second one. I prefer the first movie though.

I agree. The second one was still super entertaining and some of the scenes were absolute magic (the car chase and bathroom fight were astounding from just a shot perspective).

But the first movie is a masterpiece. It instantly became one of my top action movies of all time.
