It was a nice play, but Varejao is known for taking charges not blocking shots. I was surprised at the time that he actually tried to go up with him.

Hardly one of the greatest dunks ever though.

Only on ISH. Varejao got sent home in a body bag, he got sent packing. If the padding at the base of the goal wasn't there to stop him, Varejao would still be sliding right now. Wade stepped over him making it that much more disrespectful. That dunk Temporarily brought the 90s back

The best thing about that dunk was that Wade was almost casually coming up the court, and once he got into the lane it didnt seem like he was actually going to dunk it like that. Plus, the force with which he knocked back Varajeo added to the effect.

Saw this live. Shit was crazy, we lost this game though.. (Miami)

I miss someone like this in the league... I guess the next one is Harden that can/could exhibit something like this. Makes me miss Kobe and Wade purely for highlights like these. Is it too much to ask for another couple of top-tier shooting guards :(?

overrated.

wade jumped like 2 feet off the ground..didn't power slam the ball.
No hang time..

it wasn't aesthetically pleasing, or powerful, nor did he jump high, just the fact he dunked over someone...

The entire sequence was great. Lebron goes for the poster on one end and misses. Wade gets the ball, runs the break so ****ing nonchalant, and then BOOM. Just explodes right through that bitch. Sends V into the padding then steps over him AI style. So disrespectful.

The dunk itself was also pretty. Cocks back, meets at the top, and comes all over that V.

Good crowd reaction and you got the home bench in the picture. Wade's scoring strut with the perfect demeanor. Little bit attitude while still been there done that. Plays to the crowd rather than his teammates or himself. Great dunk.

The only negative is in the broadcast you got Reggie's corny ass attempting to ruin it with his nasally deep throating voice.
