In theory yes. Most Mexicans have a combination of European and Amerindian blood, some have more white blood so they are more white looking and some have more Native blood so they look more Indian. Then there are those who have all white blood or all native blood but the overwhelming majority are bi-racial (white and native blood).

However, Spainards did take African slaves to Mexico, and although slavery ended way earlier in Mexico than the US and there never was a significant number of Africans in Mexico, they were pretty much absorbed by the general population. We gon go by the one drop rule...I'm African American. :pimp:

Yeah, I know, just having fun with you. I know I have Neanderthal genes since I have 66% European DNA, mine is just Southern European by way of Iberia. I'd also have it by my East Asian/Native American DNA. The only humans who didn't mix with Neanderthals were the Sub Saharan African peoples.
