Half his brain is missing and he can see, listen, speak and move like a regular person!?
WTF is missing!? Certainly there's something in there that no longer functions... Like if someone asks him 8 divided by 4 does he have an epileptic seizure as his brain tries to access an area that is blocked up by scar tissue?

The brain has the ability to assign task to different areas so this is possible. im sure he has some defeicencies, hopefully the most important ones are still good to go.
