That was Durant's response to a question who asked him is he ready to possibly be the most scrutinized player in the NBA next year due to OKC's expectations, new coach, and his impending free agency. That reporter then Tweeted Durant's response which is what the link in the OP takes you to. This wasn't Durant saying something to some random Twitter user.
