Not the Rock. His biggest market is Fast and Furious fans and all those kids who watched him in WWE back in the day and are now adults. Zack Effron's biggest fanbase is all those teenage girls who watched him in highschool musical and now are 25. PG 13 is safer, but both these guys have fanbases with the right demographic. 13 year old kids don't like the Rock these days, they like hipster shits in skinny jeans, One Direction and Justin Bieber.

Add in some hot chicks like Kate Upton and Emma Ratajkowski, a chinese chick and a hot arab chick and this Baywatch movie has a chance to break the international box office record. If they put Kim Kardashian in, even as a cameo, it is all but guaranteed to break a billion.
