I hate how some teams love to settle for mediocrity.

Minneapolis and Denver continue to prove this.

Yes because bringing in a 10+ year vet for the absolute minimum you are allowed to pay them is settling for mediocrity

The guy is there for some veteran presence and to teach the young wings how to play defence. What's with the hate?

Though I can't believe he didn't save enough to retire this summer, but instead had to go freeze his ass in 'Sota for one extra million.

At least they are trying. Wolves has a great core moving forward and they did what they had to do with K.Love.

They have Pek, K.Mart, and maybe even Rubio as great trade bait to build towards the future.

Wiggin, Towns, Lavine, and even Benett will be solid for them.

I don't like this signing. Tay is completely done. All he's going to do is take minutes that should be used on younger guys.

Dont think he will be playing much mins on this team.

I see KG and TP playing less then 20 mins a game.

Anywhere near 20 is way too many minutes for Prince at this stage. He should literally be at the very end of the bench.

One of my favorite all time players. Prince is a no nonsense player that plays the right way (like Duncan)
Perfect bench player at this point for a young team.

Denver sure, but Minneapolis is far from mediocrity. They just suck. A team that consistently in the top of the lottery is far from mediocre.

would like to watch practices as much as games, with wiggins trying to score on two old masters who saw 50 times more tricks than wiggins will ever even know

Every fan has Denver in bottom 3 of the west and Minnesota around 8-10.

Now they have a really solid vet presence at PG, wing, and the big spots. If Andre, KG, and Tayshaun can't help those young dudes turn into something, the young guys are worthless.
