"If convicted of such a charge, Jenner could face up to one year in county jail."

Will he/she end up in men's or women's prison if convicted?

Zero chance he'd be convicted. None whatsoever.

Wasn't it Bruce at the time who got in the accident?

Maybae that's Bruce's angle. Caitlyn can't be held responsible for something Bruce did, right?

Mayne Bruce ain't so crazy, maybe he's a genius who just got away with manslaughter

If he's convicted it'll be on a lesser charge and he will get community service which will equal helping out some charity which he will be able to film and put on his reality show which generates money and ruins the whole point of community service.

LOL I'd like to see this argument played out in court. Straight out of a Seinfeld episode.

Why would he get such a charge for an accident?

He must have been doing something incredibly negligent in order to slam into the back of a stopped car hard enough to push it out into traffic.

Doesn't seem like he "accidentally" hit the car. He must have not been looking at the road at all. Probably texting or something.

That's called an accident.

I highly doubt it was intentional.

It's illegal to not pay attention to the road while you're driving. It doesn't matter if you did it on purpose or not.

It's negligence, and depending on the facts, could be gross negligence (usually gross negligence at minimum is required for manslaughter charges).

If the DA believed Bruce intentionally hit the car and could prove it, it would be a murder charge.
