a bit overstated but still powerful. is anybody taking steps to remedy?


- chatting up strangers on the bus
- only eat at the dining room table, in silence or with reading material
- full days no phone
- boycott christmas
- pursue your dream regardless of financial consequences
- remove the cat remotely controlling your actions from inside ur brain (this is the hardest one)
