My favorite one is by far the Spurs redesign. Jesus Christ that shit is a beauty.

Nets, Nuggets, Rockets, and Spurs ones are nice.

Rest are pretty meh.

Half of them suck really bad, while the other half are really nice.

The Magic and Philly ones are those in particular that suck. The 76ers logo is one of the best in terms of sports franchises. No need to tweak it much.

Spurs one would be spot on if the dude incorporated a proper serif on the font. I like the ones below too though:

I think most of them are amazing, especially the subtle stuff like the shape of Utah hidden in the A. How is the Spurs one worse than what they already have? I wish the Spurs would use just that ball spur as their secondary, rather than their current secondary, which is just the U from their full logo.


I do agree with the Magic one. People with no knowledge of the NBA can't even read that, while people who know it is supposed to say Magic may say "I guess it kind of looks like it says that, but not really."

I didn't like any of them except maybe the Nets, Bucks (sans blue font), and Rockets. Tho the Clippers one is still better than their actual new branding.

Logos look like something a UFL equivalent league would use to attract younger fans.

Clippers is good and would be an upgrade.

A couple more were decent, and the rest were pretty bad.

Not sure if it's easier to say the ones I liked, or didn't like...

The Griz and TWolves ones I think should be something that the franchises would have gone for originally.. They look awesome. The Nets one is far superior to the one Brooklyn has at the moment. That's a nice logo.

I really like, they standout:

Griz, TWolves, Nets, OKC, Kings, Pacers and Pelicans

Meh/Ok, more of the same:

Celtics, Lakers, Knicks, Clippers(borderline ok..), Bulls, Suns, Bucks(I like their new one more), Rockets(it's missing something?), Warriors(not sure what he's shooting for), Pistons(same old), Nuggets(too simplistic?), Hornets(it's a nice idea, maybe a little too clean cut)

Don't like:

Miami, Cavs, 76ers(bellringers? tacobell?), Portland(terrible), Dallas(what's that saying? Blue&Green should not be seen..), Magic(what?), Spurs, Raptors(come on, you have "Raptors" as a name), Jazz(really?), Wizards(come on now...) and Atlanta.

This OKC logo wipes the floor with their current logo. Of course OKC's current logo is pretty bad so that's not saying much.

Grizzlies, Suns, Pacers and Kings are cool too but I guess the SAC one is a little soft

You can't fix what ain't broke, probably shouldn't have bothered 'tweaking' the Celtics, Bulls or Lakers.

Two best redesigns are the Timberwolves and Grizzlies. The Clippers design is better than their new look but still wouldn't sell me on the franchise. Houston's is nice, I've seen a few of these concept art pieces go with something similar but it makes sense. Golden State's is nice, but their current logo is fantastic and not worth changing. Like Brooklyn's as an old school look, but for the most part the designs here are eh (though to be fair probably better than what I could muster, though I wish I had the ability to try something like this).
