You're just jealous because you don't have a body like mine. Not my fault you don't have the dedication nor the work ethic.

How are you measuring body fat, because you look more than 2.3%. Especially your non-defined pecks, which is more obvious from the side view.

Well this was clearly your cutting phase. When you bulked before this, was that the before picture? Also, what was your diet like when you were bulking?

You will lift harder because of what people on an internet forum say? Your beta-ness is unreal.

I was genuinely curious in my question. Seems like you have a cutting routine down and I was curious about the bulking process. I've thought about doing it in the past but have always been scared off by the sheer amount of eating it takes.

What do you want to know about bulking?

My advice is aim for a lean bulk which is roughly an increase in 1kg (2 pounds) bodyweight per month

If it's about getting in enough calories, then i suggest lean towards calorie dense foods, like whole milk (2k calories for 2L), oats, nuts, olive oil,etc

Moreso I was just wondering if there was some type of bulking routine that didn't require like...4k cals/day

Nuts would definitely help. Milk would too except for my lactose intolerance. It's just crazy some of these diets I see. It's like 2 steaks/chicken per day along with a bunch of eggs and crazy large meals AND shakes. I'm like...I choose to look lean rather than hate myself after eating that much each day but looking like Dwight.

Don't worry about the types of food just worry about

1. Calories
2. Protein

Add olive oil and peanut butter to everything
