According to his bio, Trejo was in and out of jail for 11 years. While serving time in San Quentin (one of the toughest prisons in the US) he won the lightweight and welterweight boxing titles.

Vinnie Jones is a former soccer player, one of the wimpiest team sports on Earth.

Vinnie plays a better badass, but Trejo is a much bigger one.

The criteria of toughness shouldn't be restricted to simple one on one spars.

Otherwise Steven Seagal would be near the top.

Instead durability and survivability must be integrated into he equation. Trejo didn't crack when in a hellish environment.

Trejo based on Vinnie given the role that should have been the most badass (Juggernaut) and completely making it suck. If he were a real badass, he would have pulled it off.

the entire film was trash and he was the most memorable part because he had the best action sequence as well as the "juggernaut bitch" reference.:coleman:

trejo is shorter than jessica alba. vinnie jones is a big, imposing dude known for being a rough POS in his career. He'd beat trejo's ass. all those prison belts mean nothing

Nah, they mean something. Especially if they were won in a hellhole like San Quentin.

Danny is 70 now, but in his prime he wrecks Vinnie. Probably outweighs him too:
