I think some sort of amnesty should be given for illegal immigrants that have been in this country for years. I don't blame the immigrants and it is the fault of employers and the government that have both directly and indirectly supported illegal immigration. More should be done to provide work programs/visas for immigrants that want to come to this country that want to work and fine employers that hire people without papers. But this notion that you are entitled to live in the United States because is absurd. If we take an extreme example, if 10 million people showed up to the border tomorrow should they be allowed to enter the country?
