Big time Heat fan here, and I wouldn't give up Haslem for Kobe, much less Goatside. :biggums:

Hell no. Not even if they pay Kobe's entire salary.

Why the hell would we want to do that? :biggums: The hell is Kobe going to do for this team? We have Dwade and Dragic...why the hell would we want to give up a Center with so much upside for a washed up Kobe when we already have two superior guards?

Kobe should go to the Bulls. They would have beaten CLE with a healthy Kobe last year.

I'd trade him for KD, Bron, Wiggins or Davis.

Same. This isn't 2010, and my team doesn't have Pau.

The only way current Kobe can help a contender is to come in as a 6th man. I think he can be the 6th man of the year playing for a team like the Bulls.

I'd trade him for anything close to an allstar while we still can.

Just an "allstar". Why?

He's shaping up to be the best center in the East and top 5 C overall. Pretty much outplayed everybody in that argument outside the 1 game against Dwight.

People question his mentality.

I dont think anyone would trade for Kobe unless they are a bottom feeder looking to sell seats...Brooklyn should be front runner IMO

as for trading Whiteside...not a chance, the Heat know they possibly have a great gem with him, and AJ is right on his mental...if it stays intact, he can be one of the top 3-5 C's in the league.

It is important to note that the Heat have him on an insane contract this year but after this season he is an unrestricted FA and the Heat don't even have Bird rights for him (they can't go over the cap to sign him).

And when he was KILLING it, Wade and others were publicly crushing him for the way he went about his business. There is a reason a player of his enormous gifts wasn't in the league.

But Kobe? GTFO. Kobe was a net negative last year for the Lakers. When he would be announced as out the line would skew towards the Lakers. Because Vegas knew they were better without him.
