how do you expect the cassowary to counter the aerial speed and talon attacks? Bald eagle will attack cassowary's blindspot all day long and tear it to shreds. Cassowary should be extinct by now.

There are much bigger eagles and some of them are much more aggressive animals. There are also some really nasty bad-ass owls that are also just as big if not bigger than a bald eagle and owls are bad-ass.
