saw your video on youtube. i think you can go a lot faster because it looks like you go pretty high over the hurdle. that lead leg and trail leg can snap back down faster cuz that hangtime is holding you a little. look at liu xiang, who probably had the most perfect form ever. he gets so low and wastes nothing. every hurdle, there's no hangtime, no gliding, no floating. the lead leg steps down as soon as it goes up, and that trail leg just stomps down immediately. you'll probably be looking at 13's and 36's when you have perfect technique to go with your speed.
