Is this your first off season? Most players take a short break then arrange a pre training plan with whoever else is around at the time. Most of the Orlando line up that isn't in international comps has been working out together for the last couple weeks, same goes for every team I imagine.

I remember the Boston media making a big stink about Rondo organizing a bunch of summer workouts out in California for the Celtics players first season after Paul and KG were traded.
