View Full Version : More embarrassing: Lebron to Miami or Bulls refuse to sign Jordan

Which of the two is more embarrassing?

Lebron going to Miami to ring chase or the fact that one of the greatest players in the game, Michael Jordan, was unwanted by the Bulls or the NBA, which eventually forced his retirement.

He had 2 more good years and obviously didn't want to retire because he came back to play for the Wizards but the mere fact that Kobe is still playing at the same age as when nobody wanted to sign Jordan.

Krause and Reinsdorf dumped him and so did the rest of the league.

Not basketball related.

Anyways, to further add to my OP, the league when into a lockout year and was dying to get the fans back on their side and who better than the poster boy at the time?

I may have believed MJ had two more decent years but what do I know? The GM of the league thought he was washed up and he may have very well been so.

jordan ran because he didnt want to be a part of a rebuilding process/cost cutting

something kobes faced multiple times throughout his career

the bulls wanted jordan back. but were letting phil and pippen go

so he quit

kobe took the rebuild in 2005,06,07

then again in 2013,14,15

thats 1 more thing kobe sh*ts on MJ for.. taking risks

lol he didn't cry... infact the whole thing looked fake to me. he didnt have any remorse and went the typical born again christian way to save his marriage.

kobes banged dozens of hot b*tches since.

i think kobe shed more tears when he failed to 4peat than when his marriage almost collapsed and his wife had a miscarriage

I know you're trolling but 13,14,15, ****ing really? :wtf:

2013
He had a 17/12/2 3 time DPOY center
A 18/8 All-Star 2 time champion PF
One of the leagues best PG, a double double machine one of the best facilitators in the NBA former 2x MVP
A defense specialist at SF former DPOY

The media was announcing them title favorites in pre-season, yet they were ****ing rebuilding? :facepalm
Tell me more how Kobe who played less than 20 games averaging 13/8 in 2014 was patiently rebuilding?

Then tell me more how Kobe who played less than half the season in 2014 being the worst defender in the league and being the least efficient chucker in the league was "rebuilding"

Idk whats more ridicolous

Kobe collecting the worst contract in the league unable to play half a season bringing nothing to the table but unefficient scoring in 14 and 15

Or Kobe leading the most stacked team in the league preseason favorites to an 8th seed .500 record

Being considered "rebuilding" :oldlol:

i'm pretty sure the 2013 rebuild counts

considering it ended kobes career

if the lakers didnt bring in a bunch of injury prone f*ggots then kobe never has to play 40mpg at PG during the second half of the season which is the reason he tore his achilles

4 all-stars which included a 5x champ 2x fmvp 1x mvp multiple league leading scorer , a 2x mvp multiple time league assist leader, 3x dpoy multiple times rebounding and blocks leader , 2x champ, a DPOY, and combined 30+ All star appeareances, probably 20+ all NBA and 20+ All NBA defense, PRE Season favorites = rebuilding. :wtf: ok

Jordan won a MVP, scoring title, championship, and FMVP in his final year with Chicago. The ultimate storybook ending, and he retired as the best player in the league. I don't even really count his Wizards years as part of his career. I view it more like his version of performing with the Globetrotters.
