Funny, I was thinking the same thing recently after seeing a documentary. Tommy Lucchese was only 5'2", same as Nicky Scarfo (Philly boss), same as Tony Spilotro (de facto Vegas boss), same as Carlos Marcello (New Orleans/Southern U.S. boss).
