Ive changed my diet alot recently. No more fast food, fried food very rarely (once or twice a week), no sodas. Been eating lean beef, lean turkey, fish (tuna, salmon mostly) and chicken for proteins. Weight has gone down alot with training regimen..... But i always end up getting pizza..........i cant quit it no matter how much i try. Any yall got a food u just cant quit?

fast food burgers. getting double patty burgers from mickey D's, wendys or A&W is just too easy if you don't want to cook/grab groceries and also too satisfying if you're hungry. I work out doe so it's all good

I usually eat clean, but dabble with Subs/sandwiches time to time.

Don't think I'll ever give up on a tasty sandwich, especially with the right cold cuts. The perfect Italian sub (salami, mortadella and capicola with provolone) >>>

I couldn't not do chipotle or Mexican food and pizza. Everything else unhealthy I could pass on.

Sugary cereal...not because it's the tastiest of my favorite foods, but because I can make a bowl of cereal in seconds. Too damn convenient.

I can't eat cheese so pizza without cheese really isn't that bad for you, I don't have to worry about cutting it out

Burgers and pizza excellent pre-workout meals IMO. Lots of carbs and fats.

I go to the gym charged when I indulge on those.

Brah. You need to drink some Alkaline water. It's good for your health.

I made similar changes as the OP and have similar cravings. The few things I really miss are pizza, french fries, and chocolate covered pretzels.

Pizza i now get maybe once a month, but instead of ordering a whole pizza and taking it home, I'l just go into the place and get one or two slices.

For the french fries craving one a week I just slice up a russet potato at home and bake it with just a tiny bit of coconut oil. Not exactly the same but does the trick.

Also had stopped drinking coffee because of the extra cream and sugar but now am able to drink it black with just a tiny amount of sugar.

Allow yourself a cheat meal once a week whether it's a couple slices of pizza, or something else.

If you can deal w/ eating a healthy pizza just to hold off the cravings, Kashi pizza can be decent. Good amount of protein/fiber in it too.

Just make sure it fits your macros. If you can eat pizza and still get the protein/carb/fiber/calories you require for the day w/o going over, then go for it.

You're still eating fried food twice a week and still indulging in pizza like you say.

This is not a diet :oldlol:

it isn't so much that the benefit doesn't out-weigh the cost
but savings are no where near as free as making

it isn't so much about death before dishonor
but using all the ideas there are left about the future
all while admit to what others have given
