The division winner doesn't matter now and divisions seem to becoming more irrelevant. Still, this should be a fun exercise to see where everyone ranks each team in the division and where each division ranks.
1. Southwest
San Antonio
Houston
Memphis
New Orleans
Dallas
2. Central
Cleveland
Chicago
Milwaukee
Detroit
Indiana
3. Pacific
Golden State
LA Clippers
Phoenix
Sacramento
LA Lakers
4. Southeast
Atlanta
Miami
Washington
Orlando
Charlotte
5. Northwest
Oklahoma City
Utah
Portland
Minnesota
Denver
6. Atlantic
Boston
New York
Brooklyn
Toronto
Philadelphia
Where would have each division ranked and in what order are the teams ?

I agree with your ranking, although 4-5 are interchangeable.

Wow, I remember back in like 2010 when the Northwest Division was like the most feared out of all of them, now they're arguably the worst. I do agree with #5 though, the Atlantic division looks more like a joke than anything; only one team from that group got past .500, and that team went .000 in the playoffs.
The Southwest is also easily the best, that squad produced 5 playoff teams, that is insane because there are only 5 inside of it.
Overall good list, I agree with every ranking

I can agree with the Pacific being ranked higher because of the cchamps and Clippers alone, but I don't see Northwest being higher than the Southeast.
