I've been straight up trolling the offseason post playoffs about the Raps, but to be honest I don't know what direction they want to go in with the offense. Do they go ball movement and small ball or do they feed Val more ? I don't think it will drop that bad, despite losing Amir, Lou, and GV.

Defense is what still concerns me much more. Raps added a defensive assistant (used to work under Thibs) and added a bunch of defensive players, but can they make a huge turnaround next season ? I want this team to be a defense first team if anything.

In all honesty, the Raptors will be a tougher out this year. Some sound offseason additions should add that little bit of punch to an already tough team.


Their big problem was depth in the frontline and too much Ross.


They like many other East teams are on their way up. Demarre Carroll is the big one IMO, less Ross

Yeah, we really need another PF. 2pat is great off the bench but not starting calibre IMO. Perhaps some good can come out of this. They should give jonas more touches and now they have no excuse not to involve him more.

Otherwise the roster looks solid IMO. Don't have to grind lowry down all season and demar also has help on the wings now. Just have to learn from last season's experience and keep demar's chucking to a minimum while drawing more plays for jonas and we are easily in better shape.

Another concern is rebounding. Val is not an elite rebounder and Pat pat is just awful. Val is also not interested in going after rebounds outside his immediate vicinity
