Inside sources say it is 90% sure. Spanoulis is a big Starbury fan and wants to also someday be on a postage stamp in the world's most populous country.

The clincher is that his wife really likes chicken chow mein and is really keen to eat the most authentic version available daily.

CBA only fans are going to learn first hand about the best point guard in the world.

That is good news.

I think Starbury is the perfect player to mentor V-Span for a season or 2 before he signs with the Spurs on a max contract

Mods. Please change title to "do the ducks have a fifth string?"

Euroleague said he was going to the Spurs. Should be interesting to see if he can fit in with the Ducks. Good pickup for them.

Holy shit, if the Ducks aren't breaking out the Flying V in transition...they're not doing it right.

I think the Ducks just lay an egg...span and egg

Ducks solidifying their rotation guys.

V Span should compete for third string minutes with that guy they drafted out of Beijing University.

VSpan might have been a useful player at some point but he isn't anymore. Not even close. He was singlehandedly responsible for the loss against Spain. He is short, slow, and a lousy defender that has all kinds of trouble with length. There are at least thousands of guys who would be more useful at the NBA level at this point. So yeah, playing in China is probably about the level he should be playing.

So strange how Spanoulis led Greece in scoring, like he did every time in his whole career he ever played in the national team in his whole life.

So strange, how Greece's NBA players ranked as follows:

Koufos - 4th in scoring
Calathes - 5th in scoring
Antetokounmpo - 6th in scoring
Papanikolaou - 10th in scoring

Oh yeah, and also, Thanasis Antetokounmpo, Greece's other NBA player............he wasn't even good enough to make the team.

Yeah, but sure, there are "thousands of guys that would make an NBA team before Spanoulis".

I guess there are millions that would make one before Giannis or Koufos then, based on extrapolation.

Typical tolling from an Olympiacos only fan. Mods please BAN these trolls, you know nothing about Greek basketball, Euoleague or basketball.

My IQ is higher than yours, do not ruin my threads with your biased uneducated Olympiacos only fan BULLSHIT!
