anyways 2 completely different eras.. 4 of Kobe's finals come from the toughest defensive era of all time while all of West's finals come from an era where everybody's stats were inflated and the game was played at a much higher pace

West was the leading scorer for both teams in five consecutive finals. He also shot a higher FG% than Kobe, despite playing in a higher paced, lower FG% era. And assists weren't much effected by pace back then because it was harder to be awarded an assist.

Also, six of those finals came against the best defensive team of that era.

West didn't have the luxury of getting carried to 5 rings so he gets underrated by a lot of newer fans.
