I have nothing to do for the next 3 months. I want to learn to cook healthy meals. In general, this means no added sugar.
I still don't really get what added sugar is so i'd prefer an ingredient list/meals that fit this. Also, trying to reduce overall body inflammation.
Looking to get down 10 meals I can make consistently/well/delicious.
Not looking for snacks/garbage. Real actual meals/ingredients for delicious living.
Meal 1: 2 eggs, whole wheat toast, organic butter, and half an avocado.
Drank: Decaff organic whole bean coffee.

buy pesto, flatten chicken breast and add the pesto to it with some lemon juice. cook it then by baking it at 200C for 25min. Eat it with brownrice. it takes like 30 min to make this.

Lol yep. I'm about to give up. I have no idea what most of this stuff is and none of it sounds very easy to make.

You dont have to do a bunch of elaborate stuff for good healthy meals.
Personally I enjoy baking sweet potatoes, and when theyre nice n soft you cut em down the middle and spread em apart, drizzle some white truffle olive oil, add parmesan cheese and black olives. It's filling, nutrient rich, tasty, and inexpensive.
Try it out.

Either you're lying, or not using real truffle oil

buy pesto
This is literally the opposite of what he just asked.
Fat
Sugar
Salt
Preservatives
Anyway, you can find a lot of good stuff.
Buy a good cookbook that has some introductory stuff in it. Cooks Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen is good for technique, but their recipes can be a bit heavy some times.
www.eatingwell.com Is a great place to start. You can get the digital version of their magazine for 1.99 an issue.

No added sugar as in refined sugar? There are plenty of products that add sugar and still be healthy. Just as there are many products that appear healthy but add refine sugar.
Example: Your whole wheat bread could have added refines processed sugar.
Whereas you can have spelt waffles made with agave syrup and have it with organic maple syrup and it would be considered healthy

season chicken overnight with seasonings, olive oil, garlic, and onion. Put them on the grill for about 5 minutes and it's delicious. You can grill some veggies at the same time in seasoning with a bit of olive oil on them or just do some corn on the cobb.

I use real truffle oil currently, because I was given a bottle by a friend who got it in some gourmet gift basket he received from a client and didnt want it. Otherwise I would be using regular olive oil, which is not too expensive. Obviously OP can use whatever floats his boat, but there are certainly inexpensive options for preparing the entree I was referring to.

Do you intentionally come off as a dumbass? Maybe your american pesto is shit, but pesto itself is healthy. And besides, you are using a spoon of it to cover chicken... you use salt and pepper for chicken dont you? How much salt do you actually use to give it flavour?
furthermore, even that site you provided has the same pesto chicken recipe ****tard

"Healthy" is very broad, you should narrow down your health goals first. If you're trying to cut down on fat, white meats and tofu are awesome because they still have good protein w/o the fat/cholesterol. Salads are also easy to make, pasta and fruits keep you full for a while while you burn the calories throughout the day. Soups can also be very healthy if you flavor it properly with vegetable seasoning or broth.

Of course pesto is healthy, when you make it as opposed to buying it, in which case it would have elevated levels of and/or added ingredients such as fat, salt, sugar, and preservatives.
Congratulations on finding a recipe that uses pesto on a cooking website. You are quite the sleuth.

Baking Salmon and Sauteeing Asparagus
Omelettes with Steamed Broccoli
Mashed Rutabaga/Cualiflower is a great side
You can take lean burgers and make them Greek style by adding red onion, spinach, feta, olive oil
Steamed Carrots, Baked Kale Chips are nice side additions to a "junk" entree
Blackened Cod with Salsa
Lamb is very healthy, try baking a leg of lamb
Lentil Soup

Reach for what?
Most everything packaged, unless explicitly stated, includes added fat, sugar, and preservatives. It's a little easier these days to find some these days, but pesto is probably my favorite pasta so I look at every jar I see the past 20 years or so, and it's almost always the case. It's damn near impossible to keep hydrated food in a jar or box for months or years without spoiling unless you do so.
Moreover, I doubt the kid who knows jack shit about cooking and eating right is shopping at Whole Foods, Fresh Market, or Trader Joe's where he's more apt to find prepackaged pesto that's all natural.

I love to cook healthy meals, but I only use dietetic food (https://ahealthyjuicer.com/gluten-free-meal-delivery/) for this. I found a great delivery service to help me get a balanced meal. My body remains healthy.
this is very important for me because I exercise every day, so I need various nutrients. I also plan to live a long and happy life. Now I have stopped eating meat and my athletic performance has improved. https://mirfitness.info/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Yoga-dlya-muzhchin-2.jpeg

I’m not talking about yoga, I’m talking about the fact that healthy eating gives me the opportunity to feel harmony with nature.

Not sure why this is a thread really, but...
Get yourself a foreman grill and eat skinless chicken breasts everyday. When I was really in shape, I would eat 2 chicken breasts for a meal with 2-3 small red potatoes, heated just like a baked potato with a little margarine or butter and salt/pepper.
Eggs are another great source. I would make like 4 egg whites only leaving 1 or 2 of the yolks in it. Toast. Hashbrowns. Ham cooked on the same skillet. With salt, pepper, ketchup of course.
Stove top oatmeal. Add a little sugar for flavor. Tear up a couple of pieces of toast in it like crackers in soup.
Whey protein shakes which is mixed with milk.
I'm personally not a vegetable person unless it's like potatoes and corn, which has no health benefits. Greens are good for you if you like vegetables, but my advice to being in shape and healthy, especially if you're willing to run 1 to 5 miles a day and lift weights daily or every other day(lifting can make you sore/strained)... protein and low calories are best way to be healthy and get in shape. You can pretty much eat all the grilled skinless chicken breasts, egg whites and oatmeal you want. I added sides with more calories and flavor but I was also running and lifting a lot. I didn't just want to be healthy and lose weight, I wanted muscle.
Protein and exercise.
