And has no physical limitations whatsoever. When he continues to play like shit next season I don't want to hear any excuses about "injuries"
The doctors have made it beyond clear that he is COMPLETELY healthy.

so a completely healthy jordan at 50+ years old should put up 30ppg on 49%

why doesnt jordan come out of retirement since limitations due to age and past injuries arent an issue

i mean. cleared to play. that means theyre prime again right

Hes not that old bro. Duncan, Dirk, Nash, Kidd, Allen, Ginobili were all effective at his current age. Paul Pierce just clutched it up in the playoffs at kobes age.

No excuses.

The doctors have made it beyond clear that he is COMPLETELY healthy.

That could change...he was medically cleared the same way before the training camp of last season and ended up tearing his rotator cuff in the pre-season...which got completely torn later in the season.

Dude's had 3 freak injuries in 3 seasons, hasn't been able to even make it to the ASB since 2013 without a season-ending injury..

It will take months for him to get to prime shape (for his age), I hope he starts the season off playing 25-30 a night at most and if hes feeling great/the team needs him to play more, no problem.

Kobe is 37 years old, people shouldn't expect him to be an all-NBA 1st team player with the mileage and injuries.

With that being said, he'll finish top 5 in MVP voting and the Lakers win around 50 games this year with KB averaging 25+/5+/5+ on decent efficiency.

Hes not that old bro. Duncan, Dirk, Nash, Kidd, Allen, Ginobili were all effective at his current age. Paul Pierce just clutched it up in the playoffs at kobes age.

No excuses.

Did any of them play as many minutes and endured as many injuries as Kobe?

He's gonna dominate if healthy, but the problem is that with all the injuries and him being sidelined for most of the last 2 seasons, his body might not hold up for the entire year....obviously having a much better team compared to the 2014-15 roster helps, but "no excuses" definitely doesn't apply to Kobe at his age.

I guess it was "no excuses" for Jordan to miss the Playoffs b2b despite having way less mileage/injuries than Kobe when he played for Washington...right?

kobe fan here. No excuses whatsoever. If we can't even make the playoffs, Kobe should be out of the top 30 list.

This is probably how every Spurs fan feels deep down about Kobe after everything he's done to that franchise in the playoffs.

Smells like sub 40% shooting and the same amount of turnovers as assists. All topped off with another shit season. How great is our Gawdbe:bowdown:

He did exactly that while averaging 10 more points per game in 2005-06, and that was only enough to lead them to 45 games, while the current roster isn't even unequivocally better than that one. Plus, last I assessed, Phil Jackson
