I would put him there with Curry in that Tier 1 PG slot. Best pure PG in the league... just not as good as Curry individually, in my opinion.

Also, Isaiah Thomas was a beast on both ends, so clearly a small point guard can dominate.

Paul doesn't hustle enough and dribbles too much, doesn't get his guys involved outside lobs.
