Not even close. Today for example, Barkley wouldn't compete with MJ, Durant or Kobe for a scoring title. By competing I mean winning one amongst the 3.

He just wouldn't.

Barkley doesn't come close to the number of 30ppg seasons (he's actually never had a 30ppg season), nor does he come close to the scoring records the other 3 have.
