You have a better chance of seeing Bigfoot than a completely healthy Cavs or Thunder roster.

Why do the Thunder insist on starting these Sefolosha/Roberson type guys?

Would guess something like last night's starting lineup:

Smart
Bradley
Crowder
Lee
Zeller

The frontcourt spots are totally up for grabs, though. It's conceivable that none of those three will start opening night

Celtics: no idea.

I guess:

Amir Johnson
David Lee
Jay Crowder
Avery Bradley
Marcus Smart

I expect Winslow to start over Deng at some point in the season, however.

Beat me to it.

Think you're just as likely right, as far as I can tell it's a smart move to pair one of Zeller/Amir with Lee and the other with Kelly or Sully.

Ultimately it's who ends that matters and that unit will almost certainly contain Isaiah

Russell
Clarkson
Bryant
Randle
Hibbert

2nd unit is a team of its own, gonna be veeery important for us this season, bold players will get most of the playing time off the bench.

Lou/Huertas
JBrown/Swag
Metta/ABrown
Bass/Nance
Upshaw/Sacre

Grant
Afflalo
Melo
Porzingis
Lopez

Bench, I want Cleanthony to start developing.

No excuses. Not stacked but that's good enough for playoffs in the East. Injuries can be the only thing stopping them
