why not save a few bucks and put your fridge in your washroom?

General rule of TVs is to half the distance to the size of the TV.

In this case, your toilet/tub will be 5 feet away so that's half of 60 inches. A 32 inch TV will suffice for the bathroom. You can find good ones for under 200 nowadays. If you wait till Black Friday, you might get a cheapie for 100. Also, what kind of TV will you watch on it? Is it for gaming or sports or movies or entertaintment? You will want it at eye level if you will be viewing for a long time. Also, might want to waterproof your TV if it will be for entertainment viewing depending on if you're a shooter or splasher.

Now how far will you sit away from th fridge in the kitchen?

The TV in the washroom is for me to not miss the action when I take a piss. The fridge TV will be for the same purpose. I dont want to have to wait till a full-timeout to go pee or get myself food, so I'd like a TV in both those places. I don't suppose I will use either of them for very long periods at a time, unless Im taking a megadump or something. But if Im taking a dump, ill be facing the opposite way I do when I stand to pee, so maybe I need two TVs in the bathroom, one on each side of the toilet?

Here's what I'd do. I would buy 2 20 inch TVs and put them on both sides. Will you ever feel the need to shower while the game is on? Will you need surround sound?

How are you going to make sure you don't miss a second, unless your bathroom is right next to your big screen tv? Do you want to install one in the hallway just in case? That might be troublesome, as you don't want to clutter your hallway with wires.

The fridge TV, I would just buy a 7 incher as I don't anticipate you standing in front of the fridge for that long. 7 inch will be easy to hang up as well.

Let me know, I want to imagine it all in my head before I recommend you the kinds of TVs to purchase

Get a DVR, you fool. Then you can pause, rewind, etc for the pee breaks. Welcome to 2015.

asking recommendations for a tv is the equivalent to asking recommendations for what kind of pencil to use to write with.

What ****ing imbecile gets a TV in their bathroom so they don't miss the "action" when they take a piss. How shallow are you?

Should really have 3 LED TVs for the bathroom. Four would be excessive but three is about right
