Lebron app not in the app Store?

So, I've been trying to get my Lebron app to stay up to date with the latest on the KENG but to my surprise -I use an iphone- I just read it's only available from the andriod store (who even goes into that virus nest?). Well, can anyone confirm this samsung exclusivity? :facepalm

I have a non-Samsung android device that came out a few months ago, and it ain't on the app store here either.
