I don't know if OP is trolling but the best athletes on this planet (track and field athletes), mostly share the same physical attributres. High calves and high hips, which Howard has. He was a genetic beast.

Depends on the athletic activity. Some athletes have the opposite look. Huge thighs, compact build and look like they can squat a truck like football players/wrestlers, etc.

Tyson Chandler definitely has twig legs....basically non existent quads. I'm not sure what Dwight's looks like but I do know the size and shape of calves have a lot to do with genetics.I know people who work out calves all the time, in an array of different ways, and still dont have the size nor definition of others who aren't nearly as strong.

Dwight was only good in the post when he had 4 shooters spacing the floor for him. He's always been best in the PnR and off garbage buckets. His defense has always been his best attribute.

Having a big man who is a dominant man and team defender, who can run in transition, has good hands, and is great in PnR is SUPER valuable. But he isn't a great one on one scorer. There are plenty of great one on one scorers worth a lot less than Dwight. A lot of folks are stuck in the paradigm that your best player has to be an alpha dog scorer, on top of everything else he does. It's not the case. Dwight's overall impact on the game is insane when he's healthy.
