According to ISH, which is a more accurate description of a pregnant woman. Beautiful? Or disgusting?

Depends on if she's carrying your baby, or someone else's.

I'm sure if it is my baby, I'll think she is beautiful, but I don't find other women beautiful. I'm guessing it is an evolutionary thing.

Let's say you get a woman pregnant. Do you tell her she is disgusting while pregnant? Or bite your tongue so as not to hurt her feelings?

My girlfriend thinks pregnant chicks are gross. She's dreading the day she gets preggers, and unlike weird 'birth mothers' who go way overboard, she wants to be drugged up so she doesn't feel shit. And wants a CS. And doesn't want to breastfeed cause she thinks its weird.

She's pretty awesome.

No offense, but I don't think she wants to be a mother. So do her a favor and keep her on birth control :oldlol:

A pregnant woman's body beautiful? Irrelevant and meaningless question. Better question to ask is are you ready to tackle the trials and tribulations of becoming a father/husband?

Jam take a look at this article lolhttps://rmaxgenactivepua.wordpress.com/2015/04/24/millions-of-women-traumatised-because-they-refuse-to-use-their-******s-for-anything-useful/

Lol she wants to be a mother, minus the physical changes and what not. She's already got DD tits as it is; being preggers will make them TOO big. Neither of us are interested in children for another 5 years (at least), which would make me roughly 32 and 30.

Damn that seems so old.

Honestly, if I was a chick and had to carry around an alien like creature cocooned in a sack inside my stomach for 9 months with sickness and mood swings and all that, I would never have a child.

Im up for adopting. She is too. Maybe we will go that route one day.

My wife is pregnant right now with our second.

Most women hate being pregnant... It's awful

They spend the first trimester vomiting, in a constant state of nausea. They are also always tired, their bodies trying to rest all the time because they are growing a human.

Last trimester they are huge, and super hormonal. Regular period hormones ain't got shit on this.

Then they have to go through the horrid pain of giving birth, which is also very scary shit, women used to die all the time giving birth. It still happens.

I've told my wife that I wish I could carry this one for her, honestly I just feel bad for her.

But let's theoretically imagine, that you were comfortable with being uncomfortable. As a soldier, you already know the deal. But let's go one notch above.

Every single month you had a horrendous stomach ache of bleeding and bouts of depression, counteracted by elation. Strong enough to be a trauma. Biologically, your entire life has been one of frequent doses of pain and then infrequent cathartic pleasure. Even something like intercourse is being STABBED by a HARD C0CK. Pain is as familiar to you as the back of your hands.

And then for this 9 month period, despite the agony, you're allowed to eat whatever you want and can actually relax when it comes to waking up 2 extra hours in the morning to look good. Society sympathizes with you.

And you know oxytocin-wise seeing a cute animal brings warm fuzzies that lift your spirits higher than Everest, let alone an infant child.

And on top of this you realize, that in motherhood you don't EVEN HAVE to think, it comes naturally and fulfills them. And your ultimate primary role is to be the glue-guy errr woman.

And on top of that you realize what you're undergoing is going to lead to something you're going to love WAY WAY WAY beyond anything that the ENTIRE world has to offer.

These are things to weigh into account good sir.

It's 100% absolutely gross...but only in the last trimester. Usually they don't actually show THAT MUCH before then and can still be quite hot IMO.

My eyes have been opened.

No really, that sounds awful though.

I think part of it is, I would rather not be a father right now. I still enjoy smoking weed and going to sporting events and casinos and playing video games and watching football for 8 straight hours on Sundays and not having to move.

Plus, although my girlfriend and I make well above the median income for our area (and definitely, our age), I would rather be more financially stable. Looking at houses this week, a mortgage calculator told us we could afford a mortgage of $2800 a month. I don't see how they come up with that number, because one of two things have to happen. A) I stop saving as much as I do now or B) I stop spending money on shit I like to do. A is not an option, and B would make me hate miserable and not enjoy work.

The pregnancy part of this is awful yes, but it's beautiful at the same time.

It's also just "trippy"... My wife is growing another human inside of her. I can feel it kick and move around. It can really trip you out when you witness the entire process.

You hit the nail on the head with your first sentence. Right now I feel this way, tomorrow I feel a different way AS LONG AS MY EYES ARE OPEN. I become mature as I drift from one fancy to the next. My spirit evolves and I trace a path backwards. And there's narrative there so I know what to do next.

you only know where you're going if you have a sense of belonging to here and now... it's like if i can't measure the direction of the wind, i'll never be able to steer my ship. consequently if i am moving so fast so that any alterations to my direction that i make will be passe and irrational, i lose that ability to steer.

i think we could all use a little less story telling and mythologizing especially when its our own life at the head of the ship. perhaps its time we acknowledge the fact that our lives feel like isolated vacuums flying through a whirlwind and truly we all need one another's help coming to grips with our vertigo.

Well, everyone has a different path (life) but everyone has the same destination (happiness).

Where we tend to disagree is the best way to get there.

i think happiness has more to do with the path than the destination

the destination is a crude myth we perpetuate to give our lives meaning

but meaningfulness in terms of destination will always fall short

like if i'm going to become a millionnaire
or if i'm going to discover a new element
or if i'm going to the moon and back

afterwards, hell even during, you're so full of adrenaline that its hard to keep calm and realize the significance that you've achieved everything you ever wanted.

if your path is a mission, at the end of it all you will do is get bored and seek out a new mission.
if your path is a journey, at the end you will be able to reflect and learn about yourself so as to impose some structure or purpose or direction over your livelihood, over what you will do next. what will i do next.
