Fine, Kobe looks good for 37 year old entering his 20th season in preseason. Aren't Lakers and Kobe fans only supposed to cared about championships? Why is the preseason being celebrated. That just shows how far Kobe has fallen.

Meanwhile, Lakers are 0-3 against NBA teams. You can't have it both ways OP. Either Kobe can't lead a team to wins, or preseason is meaningless.

That is because pre-season is just 1 step up from the D-league. If you do well in d-league, it isn't meaningful, but if you suck in the d-league, that is especially bad.

good for a 37 year old in his 20th season is 10 ppg on 44%+

today = 20 points in 18 minutes on 6 for 10 shooting (60%)

last game = 16 points in 22 minutes on 5 for 11 shooting (45%)

game before that = 13 points in 21 minutes on 5 for 9 shooting (56%)

in the last 3 games kobes averaging 29.3ppg per 36 minutes on 53.3% fg's

Lol. Wow....Kobe looks awful. Pure trash. I hate him. In fact, if they do get to the playoffs and play competitive basketball, I'll say that Hibbert is the most dominant big man in basketball despite me calling him a scrub have a shitty 2 prior years....just as I did with Paul Gasol.

Those 2 years of missing most of the season games and getting rest might did some good resting his legs. 2014 coming back from the achilles injury, Kobe's FG percentage went down a little bit. Last year was worse. He couldn't work out his lower body. Last year's preseason didn't shoot well and didn't move well. That got me concerned. As the season went on, it wasn't good for Kobe. So far these past 4 games, Kobe looks good. He looks a lot better after finally getting to work out his lower body. He's been hooting the ball well and moving around pretty good. That's a good sign.
