I'm not a big fan of banning anyone, however some are just obvious.



How do guys like Griff, 9erempire, Dubeta and his Alts return time and time again after short bans?


I thought there was a length of ban policy each time you recieve a ban?

If you aren't familiar with why I said this to this particular poster, then I don't think you should have an opinion tbh.


This is the Off the Court Lounge. A lot more relaxed here as you should already know.


Dubeta and co. posting countless useless threads and opinion on the main basketball forum that is always trolling and never close to the truth?

I mix up some trolling with legit discussion. Depending on how someone approaches me.

Personally if I ban someone it's usually a day or three at most and only because they are intentionally being disruptive. They tend to return and take it down a notch at least far as making topics. I allow idiocy....just don't make an effort to force it on everyone.

I appreciate that you aren't on an ego trip and looking to ban everything in sight, but some have been giving a looooong leash.


I'm not exactly a saint either, but I know to mix up stirring with having genuine discussion with posters who warrant it.

Ie. I will stir guys like Dubeta or Budaddiii, but talk to guys like you in a mature fashion.


Surely we can recognise the ones who make no effort to engage in mature conversation ever?

I'm not a mod, I'm sure you guys have a hard time pleasing everyone.

And if you are so oblivious that you would make a ban-worthy comment your second post in this thread of yours about moderating then I don't see why I should explain anything to you. The history of your pissing contest doesn't matter.

It's annoying when someone gets banned then returns to flood the NBA forum with the same stuff that got them banned in the first place. Either that or just just post on an alt and happily admit who they are but nothing happens. Bans are so short it doesn't cause any one to change.

I don't think it's fair to single out 1 poster because I don't like him.


Yeah I do like 9er, but he's in this category. Off the Lounge he's fine, but he does tend to go crazy with thread spamming and crazy trolling on the main NBA forum.


Anyways, I've said my part. If it doesn't change, well I guess that's where the standards are.
