Ive been gettin to the gym regular, dont do a lot of lifting tho bc of back probs. But I try to swim, hoop, sprint, and occasionally Ill do moderate weight stuff.


I try and use good diction, altho sometimes bc I have a very small mouth I mumble, not bc Im unsure of what I'm saying but because its just a part of my verbal gait.

i skipped to the end after it got... awkward near the beginning. yes most progressive issues are tools to whip up masses of people into caring about them. yes they are hypocritical. some grievances, such as football team names, get more play than far more serious grievances, such as the civilizations that are dying right before our eyes. but we didn't have anything to do with it! what i dread to say you're missing is that this is like a minuscule example... in the grand scheme of how much manipulation and mass whipping up already goes on everywhere around you. mass marketing that makes people worship sports icons like kevin durant who's suddenly flipping them auto insurance 30 seconds later? how about the republican nuttiness ginning up the religious right wingers? or an even better example the whole goddamn country going up in flames over jenner?

in canada we just had our first ceremony offering forgiveness for tearing native american children away from their families and forcing them into assimilation schools -- 'residential schools'. they had to abandon their language and traditions and learn ours, just because we put them in a building and said so. that's nice eh? well grandparents remember that sh!t. it's not made up. and fat chance they think the prime minister saying sorry does them any good.




you can believe one of two things.

1. the nation state is paramount and its government should assimilate the population within its borders to the best of its ability
2. human communities are paramount and any government should be mandated to protect the traditions and livelihoods to the best of its ability

I totally agree, that's why we also need to change the Yankees and Canucks names and require the Celtics to change their logo to something more dignified than a leprachaun. Also the Vikings should NOT be permitted to use the horn logo on their helmets bc the real Vikings did not do that, it is a myth, and it perpetuates a stereotype of Scandinavians as barbaric.
