it's getting to that point. Holliday was okay.

The ball flows a bit, but shots haven't fallen that much.

For eveyrthing Noah does on defense(its slipped), he hurts us on offense and his lack of finish.

Bobby Portis.

Akin to Nikola Mirotic, he looks poised to be another late-round Bulls draftee that emerges as an afterthought for the Rookie of the Year discussion.

Skills can be developed as one seasons themselves into the NBA, but gritty, relentless effort is much more intrinsic and is harder to ingrain at older ages; that's why I was confident in Portis' upside after seeing his balls-to-the-wall mentality in the summer-league games, as it's carrying over immediately here.

Aside from communicational problems on defense (one of my concerns with Hoiberg's uptempo systems, which seem to be concomitant), the Bulls look to be in better shape than they were last season; they just need to establish a clear-cut leader. I'm hoping for Jimmy Butler to emerge as it this season, but his 2-13 shooting and failure to the stop the bleeding amid the Pelicans' run is worrisome. :facepalm

what's up with Bulls?
Jimmy and rose and noah and pau would have storm the entire east coast..
but they were underwhelming.. I hope they can take down Cavs this year..

coach took out the starters at start of 4th. actually, both coaches took out their starters. guess NOP bench is just better than Bulls bench.
