[QUOTE]The Houston Rockets lost 180 man-games to injuries last season; only two teams, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Minnesota Timberwolves, had more players receive DNPs. And the Rockets still won 56 games

Team looks scary on paper. Lots of depth. Lots of defenders. MVP caliber scorer. No excuses.

They are on the outside looking in of the core top teams in the league imo.

Top tier teams are Thunder, Clippers, Spurs, Cavs, and Warriors. Any team other than that is an afterthought when it comes to winning the ship.

I think they are about as good as anyone, at least on paper. They have a dominant iso scoring superstar. They have a great rim protector. They have athleticism on the wings. They can hit the 3. They are deep.

I wouldn't be shocked one bit if they did big things. They didn't have Beverly and Monty in the playoffs last year. And they added Lawson. Sure they lost Smith but I think he can be replaced.

This could be the Rockets' year, yet they only project 52 wins? Interesting.
