While the early returns on Hoiberg's offense have been well received by much of the locker room, the onus will be on [Nikola] Mirotic to continue building on a solid rookie campaign in which he averaged 10.2 points and 4.9 rebounds a game. There is more pressure on Mirotic to produce this season because of the offensive freedom that the new game plan allows. Hoiberg is hopeful that other aspects of Mirotic's game come to the forefront, as well.

Hes a great player i think he will have a great season under hoibergs offense. The only thing is there are so many offensive weapons that nikola will have to make sure he gets his. i think him, mcdermott and portis will be a great supporting cast for us and will be key in winning important games.

i think that between rose buttler and mcbuckets that mirotic can play dirt minutes for all i care. if your name is rose butler gasol GREEN light mirotic maybe a spot up 3 pointer is all he is needed for and defense with his long frame at SF. we actualy are too stacked of a team we need to trade some players to get MELO.

He's too inconsistent. One day he looks like a beast that can stretch the floor well, the other day it looks like he couldn't find the net even if life depends on it.
