If Kim Davis received mercy from God and grace, as she claims, she would, with all due haste put her sin away. She would mourn for her sins, and in a show of great mercy, she would be busy apologizing to the **** for enabling them, and she would, with all diligence, give those perverts a marriage license. She's a pain but I don't find her to be nearly as hateful as Westboro. The demonstrations they hold at the funerals of dead soldiers are easily the absolute worst thing about freedom of speech. I find myself wishing that one of them would get hit by a lightning bolt, just once.

The Bible clearly states that God loves everyone, even the people that are going to hell. Westboro Baptist Church instead thinks that "God Hates ****" even though the Bible says otherwise. Also, you can be against people being gay, but once they are gay I don't see how it makes any difference if they get married or not. Either way, they are gay. The Bible speaks strongly against getting drunk on alcohol but for some reason, society only focuses on what it says about gays. :facepalm

The bolded isn't necessarily true in the bigger picture. For example, there are people who are bisexual who might be saved from a lifetime of sin if gay marriage isn't legal (going by the concept that homosexuality is a sin).
