book it, this is a new invigorated player than what you have seen the last few seasons. It takes some people longer to get back from an ACL but he is finally there.

The funny thing is the rebel sport near my work is still selling Rondo and KG celtic jerseys.... They are still like $80 too....

As an Orlando fan I cringe every time I see someone in a Dwight Howard magic jersey. Usually it wouldn't bother me if a players left but with the way Dwight left I don't know how any one can wear that shit. If it were redick, nelson, anderson hell even rashard lewis or chris ****ing duhon it'd be fine but not Dwight. If you want to keep the jersey take off the name and pretend it's a Harris jersey if you are too poor to buy a new one. People here just buy it for the fashion and Orlando have a big fan base from when Shaq would get them on TV in the 90s when basketball had it's peak here.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Kings are 5-10 or 10-5 fifteen games into the season. This team is obviously talented, but I have no clue if the parts will mesh. I still think they are likely a ~10 seed out west.

Its not completely out of the question.

Rondo has been in some pretty shitty situations since his form has hit a downward spiral. Boston in rebuild mode and Dallas was horrible..

If he starts to mesh well with his team its certainly not out of the question. This dude isn't a scorer he's like a quarterback. I'm predicting a nice duo to form with Cousins-Rondo and that kentucky bond. I'm looking forward to it.

I was the guy who'd defend Rondo in 08. By 2010 I was the guy saying Rondo's gotten overrated. I don't think he was top 3 at any point in time.

He's had a couple of years in the dark.. not uncommon for an enigma.:coleman:Last year was his first full season after the ACL, and he got traded in the middle of it. People always forget that.

Tore it, missed 2nd half of '13.
Comes back halfway through '14 to a struggling/rebuilding team.
Traded to a bad fit halfway through '15, but played the whole year.

It's funny, Rondo is actually a real small PG - smaller than most guys who aren't CP3 or Barea. And he can't shoot worth a damn either.

But somehow he boards like a motherf*cker, plays very solid defense, racks up steals, throws dimes like nobody's business.

he is 6 foot with a 6'11 wingspan and the hands of a 7 footer. Wingspan is arguably more important that height in the NBA, and with that wingspan hes probably got a greater physical advantage than most PG's in the league when it comes to rebounding. Not to mention his absurd speed and ball handling capacity.
